This warranty document outlines the terms and conditions under which The Soul Hub Ltd ("Company") offers warranty coverage for the products sold through our ecommerce platform. By making a purchase from The Soul Hub Ltd, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this warranty.

Product 1: The Soul Hub XL Ice Bath with Inflatable Ring, Legs, and Pump
Warranty Coverage:
- Inflatable parts are covered for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
- All other parts, including the main plastic body, are covered for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
- Additional Details:
- If any inflatable part is found to be faulty within the initial 30-day period, the customer is eligible for a replacement.
- After the 30-day period, in case of inflatable part damage, the Company will provide guidance on repairing items such as punctures or tears, without offering a replacement of the product.
- For any damage to parts other than inflatable components within the first year, the Company will, in the first instance, attempt to replace the damaged part if possible. If not feasible, the Company will undertake suitable repairs before considering a replacement of the full tub. The final determination rests with The Soul Hub Ltd.

Product 2: The Soul Hub Yoga Mat
Warranty Coverage:
- Full 1-year coverage is provided, with the exception of wear and tear.
- Additional Details:
- The Company shall assess and determine what constitutes wear and tear.
- Accidental damage caused by the customer will not be covered under this warranty. The Company will evaluate and make the final determination regarding accidental damage.

General Terms and Agreement:
- By purchasing a product from The Soul Hub Ltd, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this warranty document.
- The Company reserves the right to request proof of purchase or other necessary documentation before processing any warranty claims.
- Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
- The Company's decision regarding warranty claims, including repairs, replacements, or refunds, is final and binding.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or any other form of damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- This warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws and regulations.
