My order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe, what can I do?
In the unexpected event that your parcel hasn't arrived on time. Please visit our contact page, or use the Live Chat option to inform us that your parcel hasn't arrived. We will then work quickly to ensure this issue is revolved and update you accordingly.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
While our warehouse and distribution is UK based we are able to offer shipping/delivery to anyone within the EU zone. We can also offer worldwide shipping if required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact page for more specific information.

USING OUR PRODUCTS
Does the cold water tub require ice?
In most cases, the cold water that is used to fill the tub should be cold enough. We recommend a water temperature of between 4-10 degrees c. However, if this cant be achieved during summer months or in hotter countries then using ice will help you achieved the desired temperature.
