We are so excited to be launching our collaboration series with Mrs Brain trainer.

Our mind and body experience will be packed with practical tools to help you build your mental, physical and spiritual health.

The two-hour workshop will take you on a journey within using modalities such as breathwork, cold water therapy, NLP and neuroscience techniques.

Your brain can be your best asset or worst nightmare. The main question is, do you understand what is happening inside your head? Do you understand yourself? If you don’t, this is for you!! We give people insights into their mental functions, help them to optimise performance and build a stronger relationship with themselves.

What You Need

  • Towel
  • Warm Clothes and a Jacket
  • Clothes and shoes for the water (whatever feels comfortable)
  • Yoga mat or something to sit on
  • Open mind and heart

Cold exposure is a real workout - much like cardio training or lifting weights, anything that positively challenges or stresses the body requires some common sense. If you’re not in good health or have any underlying conditions, especially heart or cardiovascular-related, we’d suggest contacting your doctor first. We’d also suggest building up your immersion time slowly if this practice is new to you, following your own intuition and seeking expert advice when necessary.

Before plunging into an ice bath, there are some things you should consider first to make your experience enjoyable and as effective as possible.

  • Consult your doctor before cold plunging (especially if you’re sensitive to cold or have other conditions).
  • Prepare mentally and physically with a cold shower. This will help you understand how your body will react to the cold on a smaller level and help you manage your reactions later.
